Regarding logic and expression

Col1_date in between [col2 _date<=15 and col2_date>=1]

I want col1_date between col2_date<=15 and col2_date>=1 this range please provide some logic to build.
I am doing this on front side.

How can a date be in between a single boolean value?
Can you explain using some data and the result you would expect?
