Reload failed in Engine

Hi,

I am getting error in reload task in qliksense server.

Message from ReloadProvider: Reload failed in Engine. Check engine or script logs.

where should I see the log files ?

I was looking in C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Script but got lot of files.

How to identify which file to look ?

Can I doenload these files from server to  local system or can how can I open these files in qliksense server ?

Hi Deepak,

You will be able to download the file by clicking on this information icon:

Once you hit the download button, the file will be downloaded to your downloads folders.

On the server you will find the log files in this location: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log

Also, after every reload a log file is generated and is stored here: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Script

You might have to go through the last created date/modified date of the file to know which was the last log file generated.

In the interests of being accurate, they are stored in C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Script while the reload is occurring but move to C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs\ServerName\Script once the reload has finished / failed / etc.
