Reload of the Operations Monitor app fail with "Memory allocation failed"

Operations Monitor app is failing with an error, "Memory allocation failed." I have verified that there is sufficient allocated storage, so space shortage is not the issue. How can we troubleshoot this problem?

Hi @MeghanaQlik2697 ,

It is an RAM usage issue, so you could short of available memory during the reload.
Or it is an issue with logs /data that is being processed.

 

Maybe the reload task log can help you determine where it fails ?
