Replication DB2-> SQL Server using TRUNCATE

We are replicating data from DB2 to SQL server.  We are encountering errors when QLIK attempts to TRUNCATE one or more SQL Server tables.  If the table in question is used as an article in SQL Server replication, the TRUNCATE is not allowed, and the QLIK replication fails.  Please see the attached screen shots.

Is there some type of workaround or setting where QLIK will keep a table in sync without using TRUNCATE?

Thanks in advance.

Curious to know if there was any workaround or a solution you landed with to solve TRUNCATE issues you are talking about?
