Repository Data base service not Started

Hi

I been using Qlik Sense server for a month time is been working fine but suddenly error code:404 Found i cant able to open QMC as well as Hub .when i check on the services its all working fine

QRS is working on local system all others as administrator

except (QRB) all other services are running fine,

if i try to start manually also it throws an error

Hi

forgot to mention some important point

Port 80 and Port 443 showing the status CLOSE_Wait  how can i make the port from status close to listening
