Required Dynamic MAT Calculation for Last 13 months Data

Hi , I have a data set with of 3 fields i.e Period, Country & Values. We need a 12 month Rollup values in a chart or table. But We required rollup by Month Year wise for the last 13 months. It means last 13 Months (Prior month values aggregation) roll-up data for each period. Suppose Current Month is May 2019. So we required a report in which Period should appear from May-2018 till May-2019 and values should be aggregated for the last 12 months for each of the periods. I have attached an excel sheet with data & required result. Looking forward to your response.

Check out this As-Of date.  This in combination with a calendar simplifies rolling date calculations.

I agree with @jwjackso that an as-of table could be worth looking into.
