Rest connection timing out when calling from Qlik Cloud to our DEV,QA and PROD servers.

I am trying to follow the article:

Trying to set it up in Qlik Cloud. But the rest calls for our DEV,QA and PROD servers times out and gives a error popup

I have tried increasing the timeout as well but no change.

Can someone please suggest if I have to make any further configuration to make the rest call.
