Return Failed App Name in Automation

I have an automation that runs all my apps each day and, if one fails, generates an email.  That all works great but I want the name of the App(s) to be in the email.  I've tried a bunch of different suggestions found on this community but none work.  I've attached a screenshot of the end of my automation so you can see what I am working with.  Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

You can add in the "Get App Information" block to be able to get the app name from the app id which you can then display in your email.
