Risk Chart Creation

I am new to using qliksense and we just now started trying to incorporate it into our workflows at my place of employment. I was wondering if it is possible to create an interactive F-N chart (like what is shown below) in qlik sense that can be filtered based on the data that is in an excel spreadsheet?
