SUM with condition ">0" not working

Hi experts

The following expression is not working:

Sum({<[Measure] ={">0"}, [Year]={$(=max([Year]))}>} [Measure])

The following expressions work fine:

Sum({<[Measure] ={">-6<1"}, [Year]={$(=max([Year]))} >} [Measure] )

Sum({<[Measure] ={"<-5"}, [Year]={$(=max([Year]))} >} [Measure] )

Any ideas why the first expressions is not working? It also sums up the negative values!
