Is there any way to use a specific image as the background of a scatter graph?

Yes.

But that image will come across all other other sheets/objects as well & not just limited to Scatter Plot.

Nice extension! But doesn´t fit my needs because I need the image to be exatcly fitted to the scatter plot, otherwise my points will be plotted wrong.
