Scatterplot Text on Y-Axis

Hi There,

Im currently working on a scatterplot graph and want to have text along the y-axis rather than numbers.

I want the graph to show the text I have in the field [Current Stage]  -Plan, Design, Build & Test, Implement, Close along the Y-axis. Is this possible using a ValueList or is there away to do this?
