Scheduling task

I have 3 Tasks 1. Customer Data 2. Purchase Orders Data.3. Cancel Order Data  The Main Dashboard is dependent on the these 3 tasks ..

Can I schedule the task for the dashboard in the event of Completion of Task 1 Or Task 2 or Task 3?

first schedule  Task 1 ,2,3  after successful  then schedule  main dashboard.

The Schedule is little tricky.

Task 1 - Runs Daily with Customer Updates

Task 2 - Runs Weekly with PO

Task 3 - Runs Monthly with CO

So my main Dashboard should be dependent on Task1 Completion OR Task2 Completion OR Task3 Completion..so whenever Task 1 Completes .. Task 2 or Task 3 has not run still.. but the still the Dashboard should show the Task 1 Data..  similar for 2 and 3

Does it work with OR Condition?
