Server Log In Attempt Failed in Ipad App

Hello.

I have a problmen when i tried to open our qliksense server in QlikMobile Mobile App(Apple).

After to add the server by the Authentication Link qlik sense(http conection) , i get this error:

"Server Log In Attempt Failed"

Do you know what i have to do in order to get access to my qlik sense server?

-I did that the aticle mentioned. My Ipad have IOs 1.3.1

-I executed the script ot enable TLS 1.2

-Our frewall is open in order to access our qliksense sever in our network(Local)

-All Qlik services are ready

But is not working, i recieved same error: "Server Log in attempt failed"
