Server Log attempt failed( Qliksense Android App)

Hi,
We are currently experiencing issues with our android Qliks sense apps. This used to work but it has suddenly stopped working. We have tried enabling and disabling the proxy Kerberos authentication but this does not help. Furthermore enabling the Kerberos authentication affects all REST connectors.We have also noticed that the IOS apps work perfectly.

We wanted to test changing the virtual proxy windows authentication from“Windows” to “Mozilla”, but unsure this will not lock us out of the QMC.
