Server specification - focus on Memory or Processor?

A quick speculative question;

When specifying a server for Qlik Sense should I be spending my money on processors or memory?

And for processors is it better to pay for more cores (i.e. how well does Qlik Sense parallelise)?

(Of course, I fully expect the smart answer will be "it's a balance").

‌For memory I've alwWays gone by size of app in mb x number of expected concurrent uses to give me an idea of how much memory to allocat to serve a perticukar app.
