Set Analysis Average - Dimension Exclusion

Using a combo chart, I'm trying to show monthly sales (y-axis /bar chart)by sales rep (x-axis), then show the average sales (y-axis by month with a line chart for all sales reps.  I also want the average to adjust to any filter I apply (i.e. region)

Column A.(rep)             Column B (sales).         Column C (date)
Sales Rep 1.                    $2,407                                  08/12/2020
Sales Rep 2                     $ 767                                     08/19/2020
Sales Rep 3                     $11,07                                  08/14/2020

I can get the sales by month and the averages.  When I filter on a rep, of course, is where I'm having the issue.

Any assistance is appreciated.
