Set Analysis to show number of Embloyees

Im new in qliksense  

I need help with this question 

I want to show in KPI 

First Number of Employees in Sales without the President (Set Analysis).

Second: Number of Administration Employees (Set Analysis).

I think, role is Administration , President, etc.. if the case, Try like below

1. Count({<Role -={'President'}>}Distinct Employees)

2. Count({<Role ={'Administration '}>}Distinct Employees)

but i have problem now, it shows me the total number of employees
