Setting up Qlik Sense Enterprise Scalability - Failed to connect using 2 connection test functions

Hi,

I am trying to setup the Qlik Sense Enterprise Scalability Tool in one system and another system already have Qlik Sense.

In the Qlik sense system I have created the virtual proxy with the prefix as header.

Then I am trying to setup the Qlik Enterprise Scalability Tool Connection as shown below.

When I click on 'Test Connection' I am getting an error as shown below.

Version: v0.17.26 Failed to connect using 2 connection test functions. Error #1: failed to connect to engine over web socket: Failed connecting to sense server: Failed connecting to sense server: Error connecting to Sense: dial tcp: lookup MOCKSERVER on 11.121.70.100:53: read udp 11.121.193.48:53994->11.121.70.100:53: i/o timeout Error #2: HTTP request fail: Get "https://MOCKSERVER:443/header/login": lookup MOCKSERVER on 11.121.70.100:53: read udp 11.121.193.48:52955->11.121.70.100:53: i/o timeout

Note from Qlik Scalability System I can browse url

https://mockserver/qmc/

The above url is working fine.

https://mockserver/header/qmc/

But with the proxy called header is not working.

I am getting the 401 error

But in the below error i can see the test connection was trying to connect the login page

https://MOCKSERVER:443/header/login

and even the below url give us the same 404 error

https://MOCKSERVER/login

Please do the needful.

Thanks.

Is MOCKSERVER the central node or a rim node?
If it is a rim node did you add the rim node's proxy to the associated proxies for the new virtual proxy?

When you test the connection are you using a tool such as ModHeader to insert the required headers for the connection?

Has MOCKSERVER been added to the host allow list?
Does the URL work with the FQDN?
