We are new to Qlik SaaS and we are in the process of planning our migration from on-premises Qlik Sense enterprise. As of right now, we have a custom web application serving as users' portal into Qlik instead of the hub that allows them to search by individual sheet and access our (the Qlik admin team's) hand-picked reports and collections. Since Qlik SaaS no longer supports the underlying metadata that makes our custom web app possible, we are hoping some viable alternative solutions exist in the Qlik SaaS built-in navigation.
Does anyone have insight or recommendations into:
Sheet level navigation. For example, a sheet called "Sales by Market" is contained within the "Sales" app. Is there any way for a user to type "Sales by Market" into the search bar and go directly to that sheet without first going through the app overview of the containing app?
Managed lists of sheets/apps. A large amount of our use cases are covered by using managed spaces that are configured to our Azure AD group permissions. However, this creates many instances of duplication, where an app in the "Sales" space may also be relevant to someone in another AD group other than "Sales." Are there any methods to "pin" apps/reports to an admin-managed list of recommended reports, regardless of their permissions?

Some of what you be looking for might be found in the Qlik Cloud app analyzer. So if you were using the app analyzer for Qlik Sense, you can use this one for Qlik Cloud.
