Some graphics are missing when I download the pdf ... - Qlik Community

Hi everybody,

Since yesterday I have following issue:

I created a 16 page story in Qlik Sense Business. When I download the story in PDF File, some graphs are missing. I cleared cache and used multiple browsers, but the issue remains. One time, some KPI's are missing, other times a pie chart or a table. When I switch to other stories, I can download everything in PDF as I am used to. In the story, I can see all 16 pages and graphics perfectly fine, just the download PDF has issues.

What can I try to get the whole story in PDF?

Same issue here when downloading a single sheet to PDF.

The missing graphics are not the same every time.

Any thoughts @Andrew_Kruger , @Ruggero_Piccoli why this happens ?

I'm not an expert in stories but here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/May2024/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Printing/exporting-sheet.... there are the related limitations. Check if some are impacting you.
