Stacked Bar Chart with Projects seperated by Actuals and Forecast

Hi,

I want to create a stacked Bar Chart, for every Project there should be 2 bars (Act/FC), the stacked bars should be seperated by their locations. I tried it for a couple of hours now and also couldn't find any examples. Please see the attached Screenshot for an example.

Maybe I am missing the correct data structure to achieve this viz, can anyone help?

You are looking to do a Stacked and Grouped bar chart, which you cannot currently do in Qlik Sense.

Is there any workaround eg. using Trellis Containers?

Hi,

I would suggest you to go through the documentation first, if you are new to Qlik.

Your Problem is that you have 3 dimensions (Project,Dim, Location). Bar chart does not allow more than 2 dimensions.

But you can always reduce dimension by combining. Results would not be exactly what you expect.. but will convey the same message.

Also you can always look into Qlik Branch for extensions.. or Build it with D3.
