I initially planned to use the "Storytelling" pages to create a snapshot of a sheet that was pre-filtered. For context I am presenting KPIs on a product range with New and Legacy product lines. The "product range" is a column dimension, so on the sales sheet I present both product lines. However it doesn't show all measures due to the width of the table.
When it was presented (pre-qlik) it had New lines on one Powerpoint, Legacy on the next. I assumed (mistakenly) I could screenshot the table filtered for new, then do the same for legacy and when the data updated it would update the screenshot. This would allow a simple way of exporting a pre-defined set of sheets and charts to powerpoint.
Is there any way I can achieve this without doubling the number of sheets and separating "New" and "Legacy" lines and then using "Live Data Sheets"?
