I would like create a create another column called Country from the column Assessment. My expected result is 

Assessment	Country
AGLB - NBC Tanzania - CA	NBC Tanzania
AGLB - Ghana - CA	Ghana
AGLB - Kenya - CA	Kenya
AGLB - Mauritius - CA	Mauritius
AGLB - Tanzania - CA	Tanzania
