Subscription Validity

I recently purchased Qlik Sense but the following banner exists on top of my screen which prohibits me from the functionality to build apps.

When I click on activate now it shows my active subscription that is valid until July of 2024.  Is there a support phone or direct email address to help remedy this problem.

Unfortunately the authentication didn't work either.  I'm assuming there is an issue with my license which was just purchased.

If this is Qlik Sense cloud, try asking your tenant owner to remove your license and then reassign it.
