Sum of dimension values based on another dimension

Hi ,

I am new to Qlik sense,

I am trying to calculate one dimension value which i need to get the sum of other dimension value.

eg:

Incident Ticket                    Problem Ticket

Now i need to get the sum of Incidents based on problem tickets
