Sum total with ignoring all selections

Hi experts,

How get ytd total sales, just working on selecting year/month, ignoring other selection. 

i know can ignore one dimension as below way, but there are lots of dimensions to be ignored. Please help. Thanks.

sum(total {<[dimension]=>} sales)
