Sum value in column table

Hi I have a table with 4 columns.

I would like to sum upin a column values in a column nest to it.  i have sued:

RangeSum(Above(Sum(column(4)), 0, RowNo()))  The values to sum are in column 4

Also is it possible to specify a value to go in a table ie if I want to set Row 1 in column 2 to be 20  can you do that
