Super user password validation failed error while installing qlik sense server

I am facing an issue in installing Qlik Sense Server software in my Server. I have attached the screen shot of the error to the same Email. Could you please help me in getting this resolved.

there is a step in the install where it requests a super user password for the postgres repository. I don't see it in your screenshots.  When you rerun the installer i would suggest entering a password and saving it for later.

It looks like you're doing a fresh install or at least not an upgrade. You can always remove the C:\Program Files\Qlik and C:\ProgramData\Qlik directories and not encounter previous installations of Sense Server. Let me know if you're still running into issues.

Hi Reddy,

I had encountered the same issue once. I had deleted the entire Folder which is C:\ProgramData\Qlik.

while reinstalling it prompt me Super User Password and worked smooth.

Do keep in mind this blows away the underlying database, so this should be reserved for instances where you are comfortable with essentially an uninstall / reinstall.
