Given Data Set is about Car with Purchase Date, Car Brand, Price Car Type Etc.  Find Car Type based on discrete Car Purchase Date. E.g if car purchased on 01-01-2021 then Car Type is  "Diesel Car - High CO Emission" (Avoid Synthetic Tables)
