TOP 10 countries based on particular year

Hi All,

Please help with below query,

in bar chart i need to show top 10 counties, which will compare sales  of selected year (2019) and selected year-1(2018)
But top 10 countries will be based on sales of selected year(2019) and accordingly previous year data will compared based on those countries.

Something like below

=sum(aggr(if(rank(sum(Sales),1,1)<=10,sum(Sales)),Year,Country))
