Table specific filters

Hello Guys,

I have created a table using the vizlib extension. Now, I want to currency filter to be applied to just this table without affecting any other graph/ table in any other sheet. How do I achieve this?

Regards,

Rony

For the measures in this table you will have to multiply with a conversion factor that you should have as a field in your currency table.

Hi Ron,

I don't know any solution but this :

In all charts (and all sheets of course) you don't want to be affected by the selection, you add a set analysis like {<[YourField]=>} in all the measures.

Hope it helps,

Regards,

Marina

Hi! Qlik is not designed to work like this and it is kind of counterproductive. Anyway, you can achieve your requirement by applying set analysis to all you formulas, e.g. Sum({<Currency=>}Spend)

Hi Marina,

Thank you for your response. However, I cannot use this option. It will be too tedious as I have a number of sheets

Petter,

I just want the currency filter to be applied to the table that I have created and not affect any other charts in the app.

So sorry but there is no solution to your problem, as Ivan Borov said, QlikSense is not made to work like this...

May be try Alternate states on this object, so selection won't effect on other charts.

Using Alternate State in QLikSense (without Extensions)
