Take a lot of time to load Script and Unable to view the files or folders created by others users

hello,
When creating a Folder in Data Connection in Qlik Sense Enterprise,other users are not able to access the folder, and once we connected to a data virtuality through ODBC it is taking too much time to load the script...
we installed Qlik sense version may 2024 with the patch 3

any suggestion..

This is a bit too general to try and help. Could you be more specific about what you're trying to do and what the problem is?

hello,

I created a folder(as a root admin) to save the qvds, other developers cant see this folder in the data connection.

2- i created a connection through ODBC to a data virtual same the developer are not able to see the connection and it is taking a lot of time to load it in the script.

is there any log file i can check

1) Were they given permission to view it? If not, you will presumably have to do so via security rules.

2) Same for being able to see it. I'm afraid "taking a lot of time to load" is entirely too generic to help with, though, as I mentioned in my previous post. The app log itself should show you what it taking a lot of time to run. Depending on the data source, you might be able to monitor the queries / loads on the other end as well.
