Task Lists As Failed - But Script Log Seems Successful

Hello Folks,

I looked through my tasks on the QMC and I saw that one failed.

However, when I look at the script log, I see that the script says it finished successfully.

Has anyone else seen such behavior?

Thanks @Albert_Candelario

I am bit confused with your response. We are facing the exact same issue which has been described in this thread. In your comments previously you have mentioned that this issue is being worked upon by QLik. Also the Thread has been marked with a resolution which points to upgrade to one of the below

Qlik Sense Client Managed version:

  • May 2024 Initial Release
  • February 2024 Patch 4
  • November 2023 Patch 9

But your response to my query seems to investigate environmental issue.

Can you please clarify if we should indeed look to upgrade. We have all details uploaded in Case 00305136 as well in case you want to have a look.

In my case, we are on Nov 2023 Patch 9, and we are still having the problem.  I wish I had a better debug path to figure out what's going on, but if it's an environmental issue that could be a problem.

Hello @sandeepgather,

As you said  you are on May 2021 you cannot be affected by the topic described at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/QMC-Reload-Failure-Despite-Successful-Script...

As that was due to some updates within the product components, the 9010 error can arise due to different causes and that is why I suspect in your case might be environmental, as you already have an open case with us is better to resume there within our Support team.

I hope this clarifies my previous comments!

Cheers,

Albert

@Albert_Candelario

Thanks for your reply. We have tried all the steps you have provided previously but can't seem to find what is locking the file.

Qlik support hasn't been of much use as their only suggestion is to upgrade.
