Task Operation Monitor Failed

Hi,

I installed qlik sense multi node and operation monitor task failed.. 
my error when load the app.

and the error check on F12 Developer Tools

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)..

Can anyone have idea to solve this error..
