Unlike a normal table I don't believe there is a way to do it in a pivot table. You can use functions such as text() to format numbers such that they will align like text but I can't think of much else. I've tried converting everything to text and padding with spaces to force an alignment however Qlik Sense seems too clever and appears to ignore the spaces.
I'm sure someone smarter than me has a better idea!(?)
