For example ,

My measure item is "Country Name"

I need to select country (A+B+C) and display it as 'ABC CLUSTER",

Then 1 need to select country (D+E+F) and display it as "DEF CLUSTER' etc .........

Then i need tto be able to have the different cluster names in a new MEASURE so that when i click on the filter its gives me the different clusters created.
