The QMC shows an app has been duplicated successfully but it is not visible in the hub in qliksense

We are unable to view duplicated applications on the hub on UAT. The QMC shows an app has been duplicated successfully but it is not visible in the hub even after multiple refreshes of the hub.

Even when it is visible in the hub, we are not able to see all the sheets.

Could you please suggest
