The calculation Condition is not fulfilled

Hi Everyone,

I am facing below error message in container with 3 tabs.

The chart will display if only one value selected from filter.

If I remove the filter below error pops up.

Can anyone help to sort it out ?

facing same issue that The calculation condition is not fullfilled.

Note : 
When I refresh the brwoser, the data is populating on Pivot table.
1. What is  the issue ?
2. How can I provide custom message that "Error: Please refresh the Page"
