I have not been able to pinpoint a pattern yet. But when I duplicate some apps and/or publish them the image used on the thumbnail for the app breaks and no longer displays.
Has anyone else seen this? Or maybe there is some kind of glitch that I am not aware of when using thumbnails.
Should I be using images that are imported into the media library or internal images in the app. I assume that if you use one in the media library that the same image has to live in multiple environments content library(DEV and PROD for example). I'm thinking that if I publish in DEV and have the image in the DEV content library that it will break when I publish the app to PROD if the same image is not also in that content library on PROD?
