To give Button or URL options to land into another page

hi all,

is there any possible way to give a option to land into another url page from qliksense.

example: i have all my help document stored in different tool where can be accessable by url so i need to point out that url in my qliksense application. so that user can easily access that page just by clicking it from my QS sheet. Please advice.
