Too many active sessions in parallel error is occurring frequently on Qlik Sense Hub

Hi Team,

We have an issue in our QA environment that users are frequently getting the "too many sessions active in parallel" error.

We have checked, users don't have more than 5 sessions at a time in browser, but in log files we could see the session count in 5. 

Also we observed that the error is getting most of the time after accessing the Qlik Mashups configured in the IIS server.

What could be the reason for the session count increase ?

Qlik Sense version: November 2019 Patch 4
Professional license with Signed Key is using.
1 Central server and 1 Proxy server.
