Tooltips not working in Sense 2.0

Hi,

We've just upgraded our Sense Hub to 2.0, and now the tooltips on hover over events are not appearing:

Any idea what might be causing the issue? We are using IE10 and Chrome, and there are no hover over tooltips on either.

Hi Neil,

I have seen this occur where the client machine has a touchscreen, even when the touch feature has been disabled.

We did, but by upgrading to 3.0,which fixed the issue.

Hmm, I'm having a similar issue in 3.0.1 ... Can't find what's causing it - only on some machines but not on others...
