Total Minutes based on other column

Hello Everyone,

I have 2 columns "Date_time" (2020-09-22 12:00:00) and "Range" ( 'Y' or 'N')

How can I get total minutes from "Date_time" if the "Range" is 'Y'

I want this in expression.
