Totals Excluding a Row

Hi 

Would appreciate assistance in the following. I have  Unique ID in first column, and then the vehicles are duplicated. I have a measure to sum these totals, but it is not adding the duplicated vehicles, unless I click the Totals Option, but I need it to auto sum, as I need to work out the average of the Grand Totals.

The average should be 62% and not 71%, but if you exclude the 14.00, it gives 71%.
