Transferring Data between tasks or apps

Hi,

I have a Control Task that sends Telegram notifications if any of the chained tasks fails.

Is there any way to get to know which task failed without openning the QMC? I.e. is there any way to transfer data (for example app name that failed) between tasks?

And another, more theoretical question:  is the any way to transfer simple data (maybe 1 or 0 / false or true) between chained apps without creating a separate file for this?
