Trigger Qlik Sense QMC tasks from EDX

Hello,

I have a requirement to trigger Qlik sense QMC task using EDX but unsure how to go about it.

Is there a way to trigger the qmc tasks based on external event?

I welcome any workaround suggestions.

You can make an API call to make it happen. How do you want to use it? Have you seen that in the latest release (Feb 2021) the users can start a reload with a button?

we have other systems that need to complete their tasks first before Qliksense process starts without users intervention. I am hoping to get EDX to trigger both process one after the other.

Can we make an API call we EDX? do you have an example?
