Trigger from VBA - Load Script

I am trying to force my VBA script to run a refresh on Qlik sense.

 

I tried Shell ("C:\Users\Dean_Covey\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps\UpdateIrely.bat")

 

That seems to be pretty close but I get "[Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher](21336): Process already running, exiting"

 

Any ideas.
