Trimming characters in string

I have a field as shown below. I need to trim from the first letter to the first dash(-).

ISIGGN-ISIGGN-456

ISPRSD-ISPRSD-345

IMR-IMR-378

NSVD-NSVD-30

ISEHPR-ISEHPR-3919

I need it to read as follows

ISIGGN-456

ISPRSD-345

IMR-378

NSVD-30

ISEHPR-3919

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
