Unable to create a Qlik Support ticket
I signed up for a Qlik Cloud trial account using my email id. At the end of the grace period, I paid for a 1 year subscription. I got an email that my subscription was renewed and my credit card was charged. This was 3 days ago. Today, I noticed the following message at the top when I logged into Qlik Cloud.
This tenant has an expired subscription and will be deleted in 59 days. Please update your subscription to restore full functionality to your tenant and to prevent content deletion. Contact your tenant administrator for more information.
I noticed I cannot create any new apps. The load editor is not visible for the apps I created during the trial period. I checked all options and I could not find any resolution.
I tried to open a support ticket, but the email id I used for my trial account is coming as not found. Just for giggles, I tried my office email for raising the case (which I have never used outside of work) and it was letting me proceed further to create the support case.
Should I just wait till the phone lines open and call?

If you cannot use your account related to your trial, yes, you should call them quickly
